This page establishes the general terms and conditions (hereinafter, “Terms of Use”) that govern access to and use of the ClinJob digital platform (hereinafter, “the Platform”), and the contact email address: info@clinjob.com.<\/p>

ClinJob is an online platform that connects healthcare professionals with health centers, clinics, hospitals, or other healthcare entities seeking talent to fill job openings in Spain.<\/p>

Use of the Platform implies express and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not use the Platform.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Platform Users<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

There are two main types of users:<\/p>

a) Candidates:<\/p>

Individuals of legal age who access the Platform to seek employment in the healthcare field and\/or participate in selection processes published by healthcare centers.<\/p>

b) Employers:<\/p>

Individuals or legal entities, duly registered and authorized, who use the Platform to post job offers and manage healthcare personnel selection processes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Registration and User Accounts<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

a) General Requirements:
\u2022 Be over 18 years of age.
\u2022 Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information.
\u2022 Expressly accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms.<\/p>

b) User Obligations:
\u2022 Safeguard your access credentials and maintain the confidentiality of your account.
\u2022 Immediately report any unauthorized use.
\u2022 Do not create multiple accounts for the same user without express authorization from ClinJob.
\u2022 Do not impersonate third parties.<\/p>

ClinJob may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions or misuse the Platform.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Use of the Platform<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

a) For candidates:
\u2022 You can create a professional profile, upload your CV, indicate your career preferences, and apply for job openings.
\u2022 You agree that, by applying for a job opening, your data will be visible to the corresponding employer.
\u2022 You can consent to your profile being visible to companies seeking candidates without having to manually apply.<\/p>

b) For employers:
\u2022 You can register your entity and publish job openings, provided that they are truthful, legal, and up-to-date.
\u2022 You consent to the center’s contact information being publicly displayed in the offer, and to the processing of your data for the management of selection processes.
\u2022 You are prohibited from publishing offensive, discriminatory, or fraudulent content.
\u2022 The use of candidate data must be limited to the selection process for which it was obtained.
\u2022 You may not assign, sell, or share candidates’ personal data with third parties.<\/p>

ClinJob reserves the right to remove content or offers that do not comply with current labor regulations or these Terms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. User Content<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Users guarantee that the information, documents, and content they publish on the Platform:
\u2022 Are truthful, lawful, and do not infringe the rights of third parties.
\u2022 Do not contain viruses, malware, or harmful elements.
\u2022 Do not constitute misleading advertising or violate ethical or professional standards.<\/p>

ClinJob is not responsible for the veracity of the content contributed by users, although it may review, moderate, or delete content that violates these Terms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ClinJob acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers and is not a party to any employment or contractual relationship that may arise between the parties.<\/p>

ClinJob does not guarantee:
\u2022 The effective hiring of candidates.
\u2022 The truthfulness or suitability of the job postings.
\u2022 The continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Platform.<\/p>

Under no circumstances will ClinJob be liable for:
\u2022 Damages or losses arising from improper use of the Platform.
\u2022 Content provided by third parties.
\u2022 Loss of employment or business opportunities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All content, design, text, logos, software, and functionality of the Platform are the property of ClinJob or are duly licensed.<\/p>

It is prohibited to:
\u2022 Reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written authorization.
\u2022 Use automated processes (bots, scraping, etc.) to access the content.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
