Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Endodontist to join our dental care team. As a specialist in diagnosing and treating dental pulp and root canal-related issues, you will play a critical role in preserving patients’ natural teeth and ensuring optimal oral health. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in performing root canal treatments, endodontic surgeries, and other related procedures while providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnosis & Treatment: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat diseases or injuries related to the dental pulp, nerves, and surrounding tissues.
  • Root Canal Therapy: Perform non-surgical and surgical root canal treatments to remove infected pulp and save natural teeth.
  • Endodontic Retreatment: Address failed or complicated root canal procedures to ensure long-term success.
  • Microscopic & Digital Imaging: Utilize advanced dental technology, including dental microscopes, digital X-rays, and cone beam CT scans, for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Pain Management: Administer local anesthesia and ensure patient comfort throughout procedures.
  • Surgical Endodontics: Perform apicoectomies and other endodontic microsurgeries as needed.
  • Patient Education: Communicate with patients about their condition, treatment options, and post-procedure care.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with general dentists, prosthodontists, periodontists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all infection control, sterilization, and health regulations in a clinical setting.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) with a specialized postgraduate degree in Endodontics.
  • Licensure: Must be a board-certified/licensed Endodontist in the practicing region.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an endodontic practice or dental clinic is preferred but not required.

    • Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
    • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
